Birthday reminders not arriving on Android?
Usually it's a phone setting, not something you did wrong. These are the most common reasons birthday and anniversary reminders don't show up on Android, and how to fix each one.

Common reasons reminders don't arrive
Notifications are off for Dearly
If Android has notifications turned off for the app, no reminder can appear. Open your phone's app settings for Dearly and turn notifications on.
Precise reminders aren't allowed
Android calls this Alarms & reminders. Without it, Dearly can still send reminders, but they may not arrive at the exact time you chose. Allow precise reminders for Dearly in system settings.
Battery saving is restricting the app
Many phones pause apps in the background to save battery. Set Dearly's battery use to Unrestricted so scheduled reminders can run.
Your phone maker has extra limits
Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo and others add their own controls: auto-start, sleeping apps, or closing apps from Recents. The steps differ by maker.
Do Not Disturb or a muted category
Do Not Disturb, or a muted notification category for reminders, can silence the alert even when everything else is set correctly. Check both if reminders still don't appear.
